Canon-wise, so long as J’hasi’s got his fear of vampires, the closest they’d get is tentative acquaintance/just touching on the border, but never passing fully into friendship territory. He’d tolerate Dalamus at best, but never would let him get too close physically. Emotionally, he’d be too skittish to experience much more than occasionally seeing Dalamus for the person he is, rather than as a vampire.
I haven’t put much thought into a crackship other than they’d likely turn out to be the two friends that seem like they can’t stand each other about 90% of the time, but they get along just enough to have a relationship friendly enough to be worth mention. Can’t remember if Dal was cuddly or not but I’m sure hugs would be plentiful and drunken cuddling would occur on occasion.
